Michelin/BF Goodrich trusted us with the project of developing the “Andean Tires Shops’ New Layout and Image Manual”, where we applied their global branding guidelines to improve the customer’s satisfaction experience. The first revamped shop was located in Caracas and boasted of an efficient, streamlined layout and a more comfortable waiting environment for the customer. With this project Michelin raised the bar of the service levels of local tire shops in Venezuela and the Andean region.
