Elevating Customer Experience: Revamping Michelin Andean Tire Shops
Michelin Venezuela entrusted us with the mission to develop the “Andean Tires Shops’ New Layout and Image Manual.” Our goal was to apply Michelin’s global branding guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction and transform the tire shop experience.
